Megan Lemley became COO at Brooklyn Youth Chorus in 2017 where she serves as chief business manager and leads the operation of the Chorus' School Programs, Training Divisions, and Performing Ensembles. Megan came to Brooklyn Youth Chorus from The New York Philharmonic. There she first managed the Philharmonic Schools Program before becoming Director of Special Projects where she led a multi-year initiative to attract the next generation of audiences, managed partner relationships for the orchestra's new music festival, and supported strategic decision making across the organization. Prior to joining the Philharmonic, Megan worked as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture in their Communications, Media, Technology practice and began her professional career at The New York Pops as Education Manager.

Megan is a lifelong choral singer having developed her passion for arts management in college as General Manager for the Cornell University Chorus where she currently serves as a member of the Alumnae Advisory Council. She is also a trustee and singer in the chamber choir, Ensemble Companio.

Megan holds a B.A. in Music and Psychology from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in Strategic Management.
